By placing an order on www.kellybellodesign.com, you agree to all of Kelly Bello Design’s terms and conditions, including our processing times, return policies, and shipping terms. These policies are available at checkout and on our website.

Orders
All fine jewelry orders are made to order and begin production only after full payment is received. Standard production time is between 2-8+ weeks, unless otherwise specified.
If you need your order sooner, you may request expedited processing by selecting RUSH shipping at checkout. A rush fee may apply. If rush production is unavailable, we will notify you promptly.
Please note: We do not allow order modifications or cancellations after your order has been placed. Any changes requested after confirmation will be treated as a repair request.

Lead Times
While some pieces may be in stock and ship within 3 business days, most items are made to order. Production timelines vary by item and may range from 2–8+ weeks, depending on complexity, material availability, and current order volume.
Customers acknowledge and accept this production timeline when placing an order.
Once your piece is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking confirmation by email.

Shipping
Domestic Orders (U.S.)
• A signature is required for all orders over $400.
• Kelly Bello Design is not liable for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows the order as “delivered.”
• We are not responsible for:
• Delivery delays caused by missed signature attempts
• Carrier delays
• Weather or force majeure disruptions
If your package is returned to us:
• You will be responsible for reshipment fees
• If you opt not to reship, a 20% restocking fee will apply
Carrier tracking serves as proof of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package at the time of delivery.

International Orders
For all international orders:
• The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, customs regulations, and import taxes of the destination country.
• Shipping prices do not include brokerage fees, import duties, VAT, tariffs, or other fees. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Kelly Bello Design is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or international courier issues.
• If a package is refused due to high customs or duties and is returned to us:
• You will be responsible for all return shipping fees
• A 20% restocking fee will apply if you do not wish to have the item reshipped
Please note: Shipping timelines only begin after the production period is complete.

Return + Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges or store credit only within 5 days of confirmed delivery. Refunds are not available.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for exchange or store credit:
• The item must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original condition and packaging
• The request must be made within 5 calendar days of delivery
Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund:
• Made-to-order pieces
• Personalized, engraved, or custom-sized items
• Gift cards
• Accessories and non-jewelry items
By placing an order, you agree that all customized and made-to-order items are final sale, even in cases of extended production or shipping delays.
Other Terms
• Kelly Bello Design reserves the right to deny any exchange request if the item appears worn, altered, or intentionally damaged.
• We do not cover shipping fees for returns, exchanges, or repairs
• All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

Chargeback Policy
We kindly ask that all customers contact us directly at info@kellybellodesign.com before initiating a dispute with their credit card company. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in being restricted from placing future orders.
