At Kelly Bello Design, we take great care in making and delivering each piece. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.

Production Time
Most of our jewelry is made to order. Production typically takes 2 to 8+ weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece and current order volume. Items in stock ship within 3 business days.
Please note: Your selected shipping method (Standard, Express, or RUSH) applies only after the production period is complete.

Shipping Methods
We ship through trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL (for international orders). Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
• A signature is required for all orders over $400
• Kelly Bello Design is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen
• We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:
• Missed signature delivery attempts
• Carrier disruptions
• Weather or force majeure
If your order is returned to us for any reason (e.g., incorrect address, missed delivery, or refusal), you are responsible for:
• Reshipment charges
• Or a 20% restocking fee if the item is not reshipped

International Shipping
• The customer is the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all customs regulations
• Prices and shipping fees do not include duties, taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees — these must be paid by the customer upon delivery
• Kelly Bello Design is not liable for:
• Delays due to customs inspections
• Additional import charges
• Packages returned or refused due to non-payment of duties
If a package is returned and you choose not to reship, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Route Package Protection
At checkout, we offer Route Package Protection, a third-party service that covers your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
While optional, we strongly recommend adding Route to your order for peace of mind. If you decline Route and your package is lost or stolen after leaving our studio, Kelly Bello Design cannot offer replacements or refunds.
How Route works:
• Route is added to your cart for a small fee at checkout
• If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can file a claim directly through Route’s platform
• Route will reimburse or replace your item based on availability and claim approval

Insurance and Proof of Delivery
All orders are insured in transit. Once tracking confirms a package has been delivered, it is considered delivered. Claims for loss or theft after delivery should be filed directly with Route (if purchased) or with the shipping carrier (if Route was declined).

If you need assistance or need to make changes to your shipping address, contact us at info@kellybellodesign.com before your order ships. Once a tracking number is issued, we are unable to modify shipping details.
