8. Made-to-Order & Production Timelines
Most, if not all, pieces are made to order and require 2–8+ weeks for production. This lead time begins once full payment is received. Some items may ship sooner if in stock.
Selecting RUSH shipping expedites delivery but does not guarantee expedited production unless explicitly confirmed.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Custom, personalized, engraved, and made-to-order items are final sale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

We ship via trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL). Orders over $400 require a signature. Once tracking shows delivery, Kelly Bello Design is not responsible for loss, theft, or delays.
