Purchases Within Our 100 Day Product Warranty Period

At Kelly Bello Design we stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a complimentary 100 day product warranty period on all of our fine jewelry.

  • Our product warranty includes manufacturing defects such as broken clasps and/or broken soft chains.
  • We do not provide warranties for theft, product loss, or loss of gemstones including pearls, birthstones, diamonds or other type of stone.
  • We do not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear including but not limited to: misshapen rings, scratches, bends, dents, or cracked stones.
  • Resizes are treated as a repair and are not covered by our product warranty.
  • Under no circumstances Kelly Bello Design is responsible for repairs and/or alterations made by another jeweler. This will immediately void any/or all product warranty.

Purchases Outside Our 100 Day Product Warranty Period

Should you require a repair after the 100 day warranty period, please email us at info@kellybellodesign.com with detailed images of the piece to initiate your repair request.  

  • Repairs are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Allow two to four weeks for all repairs.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for the repair and two-way shipping.
  • Rush repairs are not accepted.
